Ingredients

400 grams (frozen) cooked rice

Pea

Carrot

Sweet Corn

Broccoli

Minced Onion

Diced pineapple

4 tablespoons Maekrua Gold Label® Soya Sauce Formula 1

1 teaspoon Salt

½ teaspoon sugar

4 teaspoons vegetable Oil

Directions

1. Washing all vegetables with clean water, and then chop the onions and slice pineapple into pieces.

2. Add vegetable oil into the frying pan over the moderate heat, and then add the prepared onion and stir until it becomes yellow, followed by adding the vegetables. Later, add the sliced pineapple and stir until it is well done, and then add the cooked rice for frying.

3. Add Maekrua Gold Label® Soya Sauce Formula 1, salt, and sugar, and then mix them together before placing under room temperature.

4. After placing at the room temperature, put the pineapple fried rice into a half-cut pineapple without its pulp, and cover with foil. Next, bake the covered pineapple at the high heat for 30 minutes, and serve.
